The deluxe king room is exquisite and has a mini-fridge, USB ports, and a safe box.

Fairly clean impressive accommodation with really friendly staff and incredible location close to tube.

Beds were too soft.

It was quiet, good enough for celebrations. The provided breakfast was very good and lovely with the grill, potatoes plus porridge.

It had not very nice views.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was lovely and amazing, it had fab location really close to neighbouring well known attractions, the shops in Oxford Street and also Hyde Park and the city center.

Really useful base for holiday. Clean venue with marvellous location in a great shopping area.

stayed at thistle in an excellent location just off oxford street near marble arch and hyde park. on arrival the concierge quickly relieved us of luggage and check in was completed promptly. we requested a quiet room location and were given

Very supportive and customer-facing staff provides a very good service. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with clean bathroom.

The hotel was amazing, our room was stunning, really enjoyed it. We had a great breakfast with pancakes, a chef there and many varieties, could find something for everyone.

The room was well-appointed and brand-new with a nice interior. Its location near Selfridges London Department Store was unbeatable. I ate at the broiler restaurant near the hotel.

My room was neat and airy with king size bed. The location was marvellous and particularly good, close to Primark.

The location of the hotel was awesome, right next to Marble Arch. Easy access to the Tube, shops, and places to eat. The staff provided outstanding service and were very friendly. The executive suite that we were upgraded to for our honeymoon
